What is your return policy if the item doesn't fit my space?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original packaging and unused condition. Please contact our support team to initiate a return request.
Are the light bulbs included with the fixtures?
Bulbs are usually not included unless specified on the product page. This allows you to choose the brightness and color temperature that best suits your home.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging, but if an item arrives damaged, please email us photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.
