Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer service team via email within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box with all protective foam, hardware, and instruction manuals to ensure it arrives back safely.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label or ship the package using a trackable carrier to our designated warehouse address provided in your authorization email.
Inspection and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
